Explosion-Proof Air Conditioner (Constant Temperature & Humidity Type)
Our explosion-proof air conditioner (constant temperature and humidity type) incorporates advanced design concepts from both domestic and international sources, and is meticulously tailored to suit various working environments and application scenarios. It integrates multiple functions including air supply, cooling, heating, humidification, dehumidification, and air purification. The unit features high energy efficiency ratio (EER), low noise, elegant appearance, and compact dimensions, making installation and maintenance exceptionally simple and convenient.
The unit is equipped with an automatic restart function upon power recovery, enabling fully automated unattended operation. It also supports rotation duty and automatic fault changeover (for active/standby configurations). Designed to industrial air-conditioning standards, every unit undergoes rigorous inspection and testing before leaving the factory, ensuring long‑term, stable, and reliable performance even in harsh environments.
A dry contact interface is provided as standard, enabling fire interlock and other external control functions. The unit employs a microcomputer or PLC programmable control system with multiple electrical protection measures. The LCD controller offers query functions for operating parameters and fault codes, making control more intuitive, reliable, and comprehensive.
Various communication protocols are supported, including free port communication, Modbus‑RTU, and Profibus‑DP, allowing efficient data exchange between PLCs as well as between PLC and host systems.
