This system can be applied to both water-cooled and oil-cooled gun lines for heat dissipation. It can operate normally at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius and with a thermal power consumption of 2.5KW.
2. The product is small in size and light in weight, with strong scalability. It can be assembled in any desired manner according to the customer's structure.
3. The maximum system flow rate can reach 5 liters per minute (when the pressure is less than 6 Bar). It is suitable for use with the 600A single gun, and can also be used in a dual-gun configuration with 600A (the total power during operation of both guns does not exceed 600A).
4. Equipped with a precise control system, it uses the PWM duty cycle method to precisely adjust the speed of the water pump and the fan, in order to meet the operation requirements under different working conditions.
5. Closed-loop feedback system can provide real-time feedback on the total system pressure, system inlet temperature, system outlet temperature, low liquid level alarm, pump failure alarm, and fan speed signal during system operation.
